PerformX Live is the premier event for fitness professionals, bringing together gym owners, personal trainers, and industry leaders to explore the latest innovations in fitness and wellbeing. With over 6,000 attendees, it’s the go-to event for networking, finding new products and services, and accessing world-class content.
The Challenge
PerformX Live has a highly engaged audience, and the show’s organisers are consistently keen to evolve and improve experiences for both their exhibitors and attendees. For 2025, they wanted to provide them with a digital solution that would:
- Provide exhibitors with a seamless lead capture and meeting booking system to maximise lead generation opportunities.
- Give attendees a tool to plan their day efficiently, explore a comprehensive agenda of content, and connect with the right people.
Adding to this challenge, PerformX Live had just a few weeks to implement and launch the solution.

In just a few weeks, we delivered a complete event app for PerformX Live 2025, utilising their existing integrations for a smooth, rapid rollout and fast user adoption.
