The Defender Bramham Horse Trials is one of Europe’s top equestrian events, attracting over 50,000 visitors over four days at the picturesque Bramham Park. Known for its prestigious competitions, the event has been a cornerstone of the equestrian events calendar since the 1970s.

The Challenge

In recent years, Bramham has shown its commitment to sustainability by reducing its carbon footprint through initiatives such as ‘zero to landfill’.

With thousands of attendees relying on printed guides, schedules, and maps, Bramham’s organisers sought a way to significantly reduce paper waste. They needed a user-friendly, interactive solution that would give visitors everything they needed to explore and engage with the event, without relying on paper.

The Solution

The Result
